The heart of a school is in its library, and that’s no exception at EHS. Students may use the Library at any time during their unscheduled mods. We assign freshmen to study halls during free mods; they need to request a “green slip” from a course teacher to go to the Library.
The Library is integral to the school, supporting the educational program and ensuring students and staff are effective users of ideas and information. The Library provides print and non-print resources and subscribes to the Library Bill of Rights, the Statement on Intellectual Freedom, and to Information Power, the nationally-accepted standard for library programs.
