Database Coordinator (part-time, 20-25 hrs)
The database coordinator uses Raiser’s Edge, Greater Giving and Microsoft Office to maintain, rack and report key data related to Edgewood High School’s Annual Fund and Capital Campaign. The database coordinator will accurately enter data and donor activity, process all gifts, track pledges and prepare acknowledgement letters. in addition to generating reports as requested and assisting with special events. 

Preferred Qualifications:
  • BS degree or certification in accounting, data processing or records management
  • 2-3 years of work experience
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and fundraising software; prior experience with Raiser’s Edge or Greater Giving preferred
  • Strong work ethic
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Flexible to work occasional evenings or off hours for events

Kitchen Prep Person/Cashier (part-time)
Responsibilities include preparing fresh sandwiches, fresh salad bar, cutting/packaging fresh fruit, serving/cashiering during lunch, and restocking and general cleaning during non-serving hours. Hours range from 8:00am to 1:30pm or a shift of 9:30/10:00am to 1:30pm. Days would vary from 2-5 days per week; we are flexible on days you are available. Pay rate based on experience. If the person hired has a child attending EHS, there is a tuition reduction based on the number of hours worked. You must be able to lift 35lbs, kneel, reach, bend and climb. Long Term Substitute French Teacher
The school is searching for a long term substitute French teacher to begin the 2018-2019 school year for 7 weeks. This person will be responsible for teaching French I, II, III, and a combined French IV and AP French. Hours will be to teach mod 2, 3, 8 and 9 plus homeroom, study hall and Commons duty.
