Co-Curricular Activities

The purpose of co-curricular activities is to provide students with opportunities for growth, challenge and achievement beyond the curriculum. As an integral part of the EHS experience, co-curricular programs give students the opportunity to develop and exercise leadership skills, make new friends, pursue individual interests, develop self-esteem and learn to work with others. Currently, there are more than twenty-five organizations serving a wide variety of interests. Some are based on outdoor or physical pursuits, while others stimulate the mind. Time commitments range from the entire year to monthly meetings to quarterly activities.

All students are encouraged to participate in a co-curricular activity. Additional information is in the EHS Student Planner. Listed below are the moderators for each co-curricular program and their room number. If you have questions, please contact the respective moderator or assistant principal, Ms. Anna A. McManus (257-1023 ext 163). Full information about each activity can be found here.
