ACTIVITIES & CLUBS (also known as "Co-curricula")
Edgewood offers 28 co-curricular activities -- one for every two dozen students -- including
language, leadership, literary, math, performing arts, political, recreational sport, science,
service, social, social action and visual art clubs.
Over 95% of EHS students participate in at
least one club, activity or sport -- most in many
more.

ATHLETICS
Edgewood offers 27 sports for girls and boys from fall through spring -- alpine skiing, baseball,
basketball, cross country, diving, football, golf, gymnastics, hockey, lacrosse, soccer, softball,
swimming, tennis, track & field, volleyball and wrestling. Most teams offer freshman, junior
varsity and varsity squads.
Over 2/3 of Edgewood students take part in one or more sports.

FINE ARTS
Most EHS Fine Arts offerings are part of the curriculum (courses). At left you'll find basic
information on Fine Arts CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES, which have no course element,
although many Fine Arts courses have an activity element!
Nearly 75% of EHS students
take a Fine Arts course in any given year, and all are required to take at least 1 such course

MUSIC
Music has SO many ensembles, events and opportunities that it needs its own website! Classes include choirs, show choir, band, orchestra, jazz ensemble, piano and hand bells.
Co-curricula currently include pep band, spring musical, drumline, a cappella, fiddle
band and Fine Arts Festival opportunities. New groups are created as student interests arise!
