Library Media & Technology
The Edgewood High School Library provides an inviting and accessible work environment that is conducive to multiple learning styles. It aims to provide services and resources in support of the educational programs and ensures that students and staff are effective users of ideas and information. The library also works to stimulate and support intellectual and social growth, literary appreciation, aesthetic values, and ethical standards related to literature and information. Encouraging life-long reading, learning, and critical thinking, the library provides resources that are diverse, current, well-balanced, and reflective of a variety of viewpoints, while still honoring and emphasizing our Catholic values.
The mission of theEdgewood Library is to provide a welcoming environment that fosters learning and collaboration to ensure students become critical thinkers, readers, and responsible users of social media and technology.

HOURS
7:20 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The Edgewood Library offers access to a wide variety of information, in a variety of media formats, for student/teacher use. It promotes the ethical use of materials and information for all users, and strives to offer a place of inclusion and comfort for quiet study or group work. The Edgewood Library supports daytime and after-school needs outside of the classroom, such as seasonal activities for students and reservable spaces for student and parent groups. We offer an environment that fosters collaboration among teachers, librarian, and students through direct instruction in the classroom or library.
