From Application to Decision

FRESHMAN APPLICATION

• The application for the 2023-24 school year for incoming freshmen will be available beginning October 15, 2022, and is due by December 15, 2022, to be considered 'on-time'.
• Submit a copy of the student's end-of-year 7th grade report card.
• Submit a copy of the student’s most recent STAR 360 assessment test scores*, or indicate on the application that the test was or will be taken elsewhere and results are pending.

*Some students will take the STAR 360 standardized test through their current school in the fall of 8th grade. Edgewood uses results from this test as a supplement to the admission application. Students who take STAR 360 through their own school may submit a copy of their scores to EHS Admissions when applying and do not need to test through Edgewood. EHS also administers the STAR 360 by appointment for students who don’t take this test through their school.

TRANSFER APPLICATION

• Before completing the Transfer Application, please contact the Admissions Director at (608) 257-1023 x131 to discuss your student’s interest in transferring to Edgewood and to get more information regarding the transfer process.
• Complete the online admissions application beginning February 21, 2023, for the 2023-24 school year.
• Submit a copy of your student’s complete high school transcript (including a complete list of classes you are registered for the entire school year, discipline and attendance records) - it does not need to be an official copy
• Submit the most recent progress report.
